Typically what I have to do is hit 'V' and turn nameplates off so I can see the stealth detection icon above an NPC's head as the nameplates actually cover up the default stealth detection icon and obstruct me from seeing it. Ive downloaded and manually installed r221, but still cant see the Quest Tracker options: I am using ElvUI with a number of plugins which Im guessing could be interfering, however Sorha used to be compatible with Elv and all of its plugins, so Im wondering if its something else.
